The MFP's scanner offers a 50-page programmed
archive feeder (ADF) and duplexing in the scanner itself—implying that it peruses
both sides of the page without a moment's delay so it doesn't back off to turn
the page over. Joined with the duplexing printer, this gives you a chance to
duplicate both simplex (uneven) and duplex (two sided) firsts to your decision
of simplex or duplex duplicates.
With these decisions for what you can do, having
touch screen controls makes it far simpler than it would somehow or another be
to pick your way through the alternatives. The front board consolidates the
touch screen with a couple catches too—fundamentally for a numeric keypad and a
Cancel catch—yet they're couple of enough so they're not befuddling, and they
don't remove anything from the basic convenience of the touch screen.
